You must also include, in the same condition as it was received, the original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs, all accessories such as cords and remote controls, and all certificates, manuals, and paperwork included with your purchase.

You must ship the item in its original packaging or packaging that gives an equal degree of protection to insure that it arrives undamaged to our facility.
